In the dropdown below each location as it is reserved will show: the name of the business, the nature of business to be carried out in that location and that it has been reserved.

There are 2 types of location available (Market Retail: 3m x 3m pitch, Charity/Info marquee: 6ft table only)
Please note you are purchasing a Pitch/Table space only. Each pitch holder will need to provide their own gazebo, weights, table and chairs. Charity/Info will need to provide their own chairs and table covering. (We are sorry but Doncaster Pride cannot provide any of this equipment).
■ Retail Market pitch - Early bookers price until 30/04/2025 £200 + VAT - From 01/05/2025 £240 + VAT
■ Charity/Info Organisation table (Includes 6ft trestle table only) - £100 + VAT.
Charity/Info Organisations are more than welcome to book a retail market pitch, see prices above.
■ Indicates Booked/Reserved
Retailers cannot book a Charity/Info space within the marquee; however charities may book a retail market pitch but would have to pay the relevant pitch price.
(Please Note: Doncaster Pride is not accepting any Food/Beverage or Face Painting Bookings of any type)

For each booking you will need to upload a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate. (£5,000,000 Cover Minimum) (If this is not done the booking will not be continued)

Special Requirements (If Any)

Bookings will be confirmed by email once location selection and payment has been completed. Please check your email address is correct, as this is how you will receive your booking confirmation. A link to the Terms & Conditions will also be included in this email.
